Sahay is operated by Brainstack Technologies Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). You have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. This page explains what you can delete and how to make a request.

1. Your Right to Deletion

You can request that we permanently delete your personal data from the Sahay platform. You may request deletion of your entire account and all associated data, or of specific data such as your lead and conversation records, without closing your account.

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion using any of the methods below. Use the email address or phone number associated with your Sahay account so we can verify your identity.

Option A: Email

• Send an email to sales@sahay.io from the email address registered on your account.
• Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
• Tell us whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific data (for example, a particular lead or conversation).

Option B: WhatsApp

• Message our support line on WhatsApp at +91 82495 28933.
• Include your registered email or account name and state that you are making a data deletion request.

Option C: Self-service (account and lead data)

• You can delete your account and all associated data directly.
• You can selectively delete your lead data without deleting your account.

3. What Data Gets Deleted

When we process a verified account deletion request, we permanently remove the personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your account and profile information (name, email, organization membership).
• Call recordings, transcriptions, and AI-generated analytics linked to your account.
• Lead and contact records, conversation history, and follow-up data you created.
• Notification tokens and integration settings tied to your account.

If you request deletion of specific data only, we remove that data and leave the rest of your account intact.

4. Data We May Retain

We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate need, for example:

• Records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance (such as invoices), retained only for the period required by law.
• Information needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements.

Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose and is then deleted.

5. Timeline

We aim to acknowledge your request promptly and to complete deletion of your data within 30 days of receiving a verified request. If we need more time due to the volume or complexity of requests, we will let you know.
