Why it exists
Most Indian businesses sell on WhatsApp and on phone calls made from personal handsets. Almost none of it gets recorded. An enquiry arrives at 11 PM. A rep promises a quote on a call and forgets. A lead sits in a list nobody has rung for a month. When a salesperson leaves, the conversation history leaves with them.
Every tool built to fix this asked Indian teams to change how they work: route calls through a virtual number, move conversations into a new app, type everything into a CRM at the end of the day. That is why so many of those deployments get quietly abandoned in week two.
