AI calling agent price in India
What an AI calling agent
costs in India.
Six of the seven AI calling agents we checked publish a price, and per-minute rates run from ₹2.5 (Sahay's starting rate) to ₹6 (Ringg). The minute rate is only part of the bill, so here is every part, a month priced on each agent and a way to work out your own.
Seven things
that end up on the bill.
The minute rate is the number every pricing page leads with. These are the parts that decide what you actually pay, and what each company publishes about them, from its own website.
| Part of the bill | What it is | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| The minute rate | What the agent charges for each minute it talks. Check whether it counts answered minutes only, and whether the rate needs a monthly commitment. | From ₹2.5 to ₹6 a minute. Sahay's ₹2.5 is its starting rate; each customer's is quoted on the workflow. Gnani doesn't publish a rate. |
| The phone line | The telecom charge for carrying the call. Some agents fold it into the minute rate; others bill it separately. | Included in the minute rate by Sahay, VaaniAI, Ringg and Outpero. Sarvam charges ₹0.20 per 30 seconds on top. Bolna adds it but doesn't publish the amount. |
| The phone number | A monthly rent for the number your agent calls from and answers on. | Sahay ₹500 a month, Ringg ₹499 a month, Sarvam ₹59 per 30 days and Outpero ₹649 a month. VaaniAI and Bolna don't publish a number fee. |
| A platform fee | A per-minute or monthly charge for using the platform itself, on top of the call. | Bolna adds a platform fee per minute without publishing it. Sahay, VaaniAI, Ringg, Sarvam and Outpero don't list one. |
| A monthly minimum | The least you pay in a month, however few minutes you use. A low rate with a minimum can cost more than a higher rate without one at small volumes. | Sahay bills at least 1,000 minutes a month (₹2,500 at its starting rate). At 500 minutes, Sahay bills its 1,000-minute minimum, ₹3,400. Sarvam and Outpero cost less, and VaaniAI's and Bolna's published prices are lower too. Of these four, only VaaniAI includes a CRM. |
| Recordings, transcripts and summaries | Whether each call's recording, transcript and AI summary come with the minute or cost extra. | Included by Sahay and Outpero. Partly: VaaniAI (not all included), Ringg (analytics ₹2 a call) and Sarvam (not all included). Bolna and Gnani don't say. |
| A CRM to keep the leads in | Somewhere the calls, outcomes and follow-ups land, so a person can pick the lead up. | Built in at Sahay and VaaniAI; Sahay charges ₹400 a user a month. Ringg, Bolna, Sarvam, Outpero and Gnani don't say they include one, so you'd pay for a CRM separately. |

Sahay's rate is quoted on your workflow; these bills use its starting rate and count one phone number and one CRM user. A plus sign means the company doesn't publish part of its price, so its real bill is higher.
What the minute rate
leaves out.
Setting the agent up
Sahay charges a one-time onboarding fee, quoted on your workflow, and its team builds your first agent with you. Gnani also builds it for you. Elsewhere a done-for-you build comes with conditions: VaaniAI (not on all plans), Ringg (enterprise only), Bolna (paid pilot), Sarvam (enterprise only) and Outpero (custom plan).
WhatsApp follow-ups
If the agent sends a quote or a reminder on WhatsApp after the call, Meta charges for those messages and bills them separately, whichever agent you use.
GST
Every price on this page is before GST, which is added on top of each one.
The person who picks up the lead
An agent qualifies and books; someone on your team still closes. Count the CRM users who will work the leads it hands over.

How much does an AI calling agent cost per minute in India?
Published rates run from ₹2.5 to ₹6 a minute before GST. ₹2.5 is Sahay's starting rate; Ringg charges ₹6. Gnani doesn't publish a rate. Check whether the phone line, the number and a platform fee are inside the rate or on top.
What does one 3-minute AI call cost?
₹7.50 at Sahay's starting rate, and ₹9.60 to ₹18.00 at the other published rates, before the phone line where it's extra, the number and GST.
What does an AI calling agent cost a month for 3,000 minutes?
At 3,000 minutes, Sahay's ₹8,400 is the lowest of the six agents that publish a price, and that counts one CRM user at ₹400. Gnani doesn't publish one. That's 1,000 leads at 3 minutes each, which works out to ₹8.40 a lead on Sahay.
Why can a cheaper per-minute rate cost more in a month?
Minimums and extras. At 500 minutes, Sahay bills its 1,000-minute minimum, ₹3,400. Sarvam and Outpero cost less, and VaaniAI's and Bolna's published prices are lower too. Of these four, only VaaniAI includes a CRM.
